ABOUT THE POSITION:

Our client is a global defense and security company operating in aerospace, land, and maritime defense, civil security, and commercial aviation technology. They are technically leading in many areas, and one-fifth of their revenue goes to research and development. In the role of Quality Engineer, you will drive and develop quality improvements within our client's organization. You will coach and support the business during internal and external quality audits, conduct root cause analyses, and update quality management systems, instructions, and manuals. Additionally, you will initiate and lead proactive improvement initiatives together with managers and project leaders.

As a Quality Engineer, you will work with:

• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and standards
• Supporting managers, project leaders, and engineers through guidance and feedback
• Monitoring and updating quality management systems, procedures, instructions, and manuals
• Developing the business by identifying and initiating quality improvements
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop effective work processes

The work is both team-based and independent and offers great opportunities for variation and development, both theoretically and practically, within a very broad operational area. There are significant opportunities for development, both within the section and in the company overall, and if interested, you will have the opportunity to travel for work, and possibly even the chance for international assignments.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Has a relevant university degree in mechanical engineering, industrial economics, or similar
• Has a technical interest and general technical competence
• Has experience in quality work, maintenance issues, or production processes from work or education
• Has fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work

If you have work experience from similar tasks, we consider it an advantage.

This is a consultancy assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.
